The way I designed my farmers market banner was first choose the colors I needed or wanted to use which in this case is all green, different shades light green, dark green and everything else in between. When using the green background you have to make sure your words pop and stand out on the canvas as well as make the text or type font stand out making them all different. This could happen by making them all a different color or by making them a completely different fonts. Across the entire poster you'll see that everything changes in terms of font, some will stay the same and others will change. And of course one wont and that's the use of the colors.
