Grid Mood Design - Joshua Arguello

On Thursday May the 6th we went on a field trip to the Ironbound , we were tasked to take pictures of companies we thought had nice or bad looking designs. We would then the next day in class upload the pictures and created Mood Graphs. Mood Graphs is when the designer’s vision at the start of the project , it’s also a collection of ideas. How I assembled the mood board was I first uploaded the pictures I took of the companies signs. After this I then found color samples that were similar too the color of the companies sign . I then selected pictured that had similar colors. That’s how I created my own mood board.

After we finishing with the graphing , we were then tasked in finding the hex codes of our color samples we used. It was quite simple finding out the hex codes. All I did was click on the color sample and click on the color map and it showed the code for the respected color. What Hex codes means is a color that is expressed as a six-digit combination of numbers and letters defined by its mix of red , greeen , and blue.
