With a little bit of help from my friend Diogo Santos I was able to upload a picture that Mr.Scanlan took in the box of the CrossFit team. I decided to make the picture into the background and started to brainstorm ideas to put in the photo. On the lower right hand side of the photo I put a text box of saint benedicts prep and put a logo of a wolf. The wolf represents the wolf pack and in order to join the pack you have to go to the box for 28 days straight.
